1. What is your processing and shipping time?

We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order is dispatched, it will typically arrive within 4-7 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the Netherlands. We are working on expanding our shipping options, so stay tuned for updates!

3. Is shipping free?

Yes, we offer Free Shipping on all orders within the Netherlands. No extra shipping fees will be applied at checkout.

4. What is your order cut-off time?

Our order cut-off time is 05:00 pm from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery status. If you don't receive the tracking link, please contact us at support@inwati.shop.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, the return shipping cost will be covered by the customer.
